Job Description

You will actively participate in the development and management of multichannel relational marketing projects for various clients, under the direction of a Client Director. Join the Customer Interaction pole of EPSILON France, composed of over 70 experts in CRM, Communication, and Influence. Your mission will be the complete management of multichannel relational marketing projects (scope, costs, planning, resources), including benchmarks, strategic recommendations, proposal of marketing mechanics, supervision of a junior assistant, and administrative project management.
Must have:
  • At least 3 years of project management experience in an agency.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Mastery of project management with a strong focus on digital marketing.
  • Client contact, service-oriented, and diplomatic.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English.
  • Conduct benchmarks and competitive analysis.
  • Draft operational and strategic recommendations for clients.
  • Propose Relational and Conversational Marketing mechanics.
  • Accompany and supervise an assistant project manager (intern).
  • Manage project administration: quotes, time tracking, invoicing.
  • Coordinate internal experts and external providers.

Job Description

The context: You will actively participate in the development and management of multichannel relational marketing projects for various clients, under the direction of a Client Director.

The team:

Join EPSILON France's Customer Interaction pole, composed of over 70 experts, specializing in CRM, Communication, and Influence. Under the direction of a Client Director and in collaboration with a dynamic team.

The mission: Complete management of multichannel relational marketing projects (scope, costs, planning, resources).

Daily tasks:

  • Conduct benchmarks and competitive analysis.
  • Draft operational and strategic recommendations for clients.
  • Propose Relational and Conversational Marketing mechanics adapted to client needs.
  • Accompany and supervise an assistant project manager (intern).
  • Manage project administration: quotes, time tracking, invoicing.
  • Coordinate internal experts and external providers, with the possibility of intervening in other areas depending on project needs.

Qualifications

You master:

  • Project management with a strong sensitivity for digital marketing.
  • Client contact, with a sense of service and diplomacy.
  • Written and oral communication, with perfect writing skills in French and English.

Ideally, you have:

  • Knowledge of leading CRM platforms (Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud…).

Recruitment process:

  • A video call with Diadema from the recruitment team.
  • An interview with a manager.
  • Depending on your seniority, an interview with the pole Director.

Location :

The position is based in Wasquehal with travel to Paris to be expected.
