Job Description

As a Media Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring campaign activations are correctly aligned with the appropriate channels and budgets. You will need in-depth knowledge of digital advertising strategies and manage programmatic media buying across multiple channels. You will foster relationships internally and externally, communicate campaign progress, and provide strategic recommendations. In addition, you will lead and mentor junior team members and ensure collaboration with internal business partners and stakeholders.
Must have:
  • 4-6 years of media experience, with an emphasis on billing for Paid Media
  • Advanced skills utilizing Prisma for end-to-end campaign management
  • Strong proficiency in trafficking and reporting, with experience in platforms like Prisma, DV360 and TTD (Amazon and Yahoo are a plus)
  • Lead and guide a team to ensure effective campaign execution across 70 local markets, managing large-scale campaigns with precise audience targeting and model segmentation
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and geographies
  • Ability to work independently while managing priorities, meeting deadlines, and adapting to new challenges

Job Details

As a Media Supervisor, your priority will be to ensure all campaign activations are properly aligned to the correct channels and budgets. The supervisor will need to have in-depth knowledge of digital advertising strategies and know how to manage programmatic media buying across multiple channels. As an important point of contact for multiple campaigns, you will foster relationships internally and externally, communicate campaign progress, and provide actionable strategic recommendations. In addition, you will lead and mentor junior team members, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal business partners and stakeholders. 


You Will:

  • Manage Paid Media billing through Prisma.
  • Streamline processes that create efficiencies between Prisma and ad tech platforms (e.g, DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon, Innovid, IAS).
  • Steward the trafficking process involving the internal Ad Operations team as well as external partners such as CM360 and Innovid.
  • Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to a team of associates, ensuring effective collaboration with internal business partners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Drive the adoption of Media Activations best practices, ensuring that campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively across all media channels.
  • Ensure seamless communication and alignment between internal teams and external partners to deliver successful campaigns.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, providing thought leadership to drive innovation within the programmatic space.

You Have:

  • 4-6 years of media experience, with an emphasis on billing for Paid Media.

  • Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with business partners to communicate key business updates, initiatives, and organizational changes effectively.
  • Demonstrate self-awareness/professionalism in all interactions, ensuring that communication style adapts to different audiences and situations.
