Are you a talented and passionate Game Artist ready to make a significant impact on a new puzzle game project? We’re looking for a creative individual to join our team as we gear up for a global launch. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of creating and refining high-quality 2D and 3D assets, with a strong emphasis on key game features and UI elements.

You’ll be responsible for developing amazing VFX and smooth animations using Unity animation controller and Spine, and ensuring that all assets are properly integrated and optimized within Unity. Collaboration with programmers, animators, and tech artists will be key as you work to create visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the player experience.

You will have impact and fun at work by doing:

    • Create and polish high-quality 2D and 3D assets, focusing on UI elements and other game features, ensuring they support game mechanics and core elements.
    • Create and refine animations using Unity animation controller and Spine, ensuring smooth and engaging motion for UI elements and other in-game assets.
    • Import and set up assets within the Unity engine, working closely with programmers, animators, and tech artists to ensure they function as intended.
    • Assist and guide other team members in effective Unity workflows, ensuring assets are optimized and correctly implemented.
    • Create visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces for new game mechanics, features, and events.
    • Work closely with UX Designers, Designers, Programmers, and other team members to ensure a cohesive and high-quality player experience.
    • Develop illustrations to enhance UI elements where necessary, ensuring consistency with the game’s visual style.
    • Ensure all assets and animations align with the established art style throughout the development process.

Experience and skills we are looking for:

    • Portfolio and past project examples to show that demonstrate a good eye for style, quality and and key individual contributor skills
    • Strong skills at creating game assets and UI Layouts.
    • Great working proficiency on at least one 3D modeling package (Blender, 3DSMax, Maya, etc.)
    • Good proficiency in Unity for making game arts, e.g. importing assets, optimizing and setting up assets, atlases, timeline, particles, etc.
    • Empathy and ability to understand the point of view of others, especially the players.
    • Strong understanding of color, shape language and layouts.
    • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
    • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
