Job Summary
Job Description
Smilegate is seeking a seasoned Game Operator (GM/CM) with a minimum of 3 years of mobile game operation experience to manage the global launch and live operations of its MMORPG titles. Responsibilities include developing and executing global operation strategies, community management, content creation, addressing player feedback, and collaborating with global operation agencies. The ideal candidate possesses strong MMORPG knowledge, excellent communication skills (English proficiency is highly preferred), and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience with SNS management (KakaoTalk, Facebook, Discord) and operating tool maintenance is a plus.
Must have:
- 3+ years mobile game operation experience
- MMORPG global launch & live operation experience
- Strong MMORPG knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving
- English proficiency (written and spoken)
Good to have:
- Experience with SNS management (KakaoTalk, Facebook, Discord)
- Experience in operating tool planning and maintenance
- Bilingual capabilities in other languages

- 유연한 사고와 부서 간 원활한 커뮤니케이션이 가능하신 분
- 책임감 있게 업무를 수행하고 적극적인 태도를 갖고 있으신 분
우대사항
- 영어 또는 제2외국어 가능자 (작문/회화 테스트)
- 장르 특화 SNS 운영 경험 (카카오톡 채널, 페이스북, 디스코드 등)
- 운영툴 기획 및 유지보수 경험 보유
