Job Description
As a Molding Quality Technician, you will be responsible for classifying and reworking non-conforming products, analyzing defects, and investigating the causes of production line stoppages. You will also be involved in the preparation and updating of quality documents (PPAP, Control Plan, inspection guidelines, etc.). The role includes addressing customer quality issues, completing and submitting 8D reports, and handling other tasks as assigned by the Quality Supervisor. You will need to have a strong ability to read drawings, possess inspection and measurement experience, and have a solid understanding of quality control basics and engineering knowledge. You will also be responsible for handling PPAP documents and independently interacting with customers.
Good To Have:
- English reading, writing, or speaking skills.
Must Have:
- 5+ years of quality work experience in the automotive parts industry.
- Strong ability to read drawings and experience with inspection and measurement.
- Ability to handle PPAP files and address customer concerns.

•不合格品的分类/返工，不良品分析；
•停线不良原因分析及改善；
•质量文件（PPAP, Control Plan，检验指导书等）的编写与更新；
•处理客户质量问题，完成8D 报告并提交给客户 ；
•完成质量主管安排的其他事项。
——Your Background任职要求:
•中专或大专学历，5年以上汽车零部件行业质量工作经验；
•具备较强的读图能力，检验和测量经验，质量控制基础知识，具备一定的工程知识；
•具备处理PPAP文件，分析处理解决问题的能力，能独立对接客户；
•如具备英语读写或听说能力，其他条件可酌情放宽
