Job Description

As a Floor Support or Multifunctional Staff at Kolors, you will be responsible for accompanying our users before and after their trip, following the standards indicated by the brand. You will perform sales of the services and products we have available to our passengers, collecting payments in cash or with a clip terminal.

Daily tasks for the position

• Inspection of cleanliness of the unit that will depart for the trip.
• Review and stocking of the point of sale.
• Perform boarding and disembarking protocol directly with passengers.
• Collection of tickets in cash or Kolors service card, cash handling.
• You will monitor units en route, guaranteeing punctuality in departures.
• Customer service, documentation, and uploading or delivering luggage.
• Preparation of daily reports of completed trips.
• Delivery and registration of luggage.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, or logistics.
• Computer skills (basic Office).
• Schedule availability.
• Proactive.
• Customer service oriented.
• Preferably live near the work area.
• Not students.
