1. Proficiency in at least one DAW software (Pro Tools / Cubase / Reaper / Logic Pro, etc.) and ability to manage music engineering file structures.
2. Solid mixing technical foundation, familiar with EQ, compression, reverb, spatial processing, dynamic control, mastering, etc.
3. Familiarity with Loudness standards for different platforms (LUFS, True Peak, dynamics).
4. Good time management skills, able to handle multiple parallel projects and high-frequency iteration pressure.
5. 3-5 years of experience in music mixing.

2. Experience in game, film, or record industry projects is preferred.
3. Extensive experience in large-scale orchestral mixing, understanding grouping, panning, and spatial configuration.
4. Familiarity with modern pop music mixing logic, including Vocal processing, Groove maintenance, and Sidechain dynamic control.
5. Familiarity with engine audio modules & game interactive music structure, with technical audio collaboration experience.
