Job Description

The Net Revenue Management Lead (NRM) is pivotal in driving the performance of the Business Unit by enabling flawless execution across commercial operations. As part of the Commercial Excellence team, you will operate at the intersection of Marketing and Sales, with strong collaboration across Supply Chain and Innovation. Your focus will include shopper-based design, in-store brand execution, and the development of go-to-market strategies such as pricing and promotion. You will also play a key role in shaping sales strategies and enhancing commercial capabilities across the organization.
Must have:
  • Lead the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle, including active participation in Pre-Demand and Demand Review Meetings (DRM) as a key advisor on SIT policy.
  • Ensure alignment of the Commercial Planning process with core internal frameworks such as RGM, 3-1 Plan, UP2 review, and market-specific timelines.
  • Integrate key Commercial Excellence insights into planning discussions, including G2N ratios, pricing strategies, inflation impacts, and Route-to-Market (R2M) adjustments.
  • Align sales incentive programs with company guidelines and Business Unit objectives.
  • Oversee performance-linked incentive reporting and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
  • Monitor risks and ensure governance in sales incentive execution.
  • Manage and analyze Sell-In, Sell-Out, and Stock-in-Trade data across categories, brands, SKUs, channels, customers, and sales team structures.
  • Develop actionable insights to enhance sales team effectiveness and commercial performance.
  • Lead pricing strategy development and execution.
  • Manage Gross-to-Net (G2N) optimization.
  • Drive profit maximization initiatives, including ROI analysis and portfolio optimization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, or equivalent professional experience.
  • English – Advanced level required.
  • Minimum 4 years in sales support, analytics, or a related commercial function.
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial expertise.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to simplify complex processes and drive efficiency.
