You will report directly to the Global Director of Influencer Strategy and Relations, EA's Battlefield franchise is looking for a North America Influencer Relations Lead to join our team. You will be pivotal in building and nurturing relationships with important agencies and content creators, driving innovative activations, and enhancing our creator program. You will work with high-value agencies like CAA, WME, and IMG, and contribute to our brand’s visibility and growth within the popular and gaming culture. You'll be a major player in expanding Battlefield's exposure to mainstream culture.

Responsibilities:

  1. Relationship Building:

    • Develop and maintain relationships with top entertainment agencies and talent partners.

    • Be the primary contact for these agencies, ensuring successful collaborations and partnerships.

  2. Creative Activation:

    • Design and implement strategic and creative activations that bring attention to our franchise.

    • Use high-value talent and innovative strategies to create conversation, content volume, and community sentiment.

  3. Creator Program Development:

    • Understand how to leverage our creator program to produce value for small to mid-tier creators.

    • Facilitate the growth of creators by helping them achieve growth in such areas as ACCV, subscriptions, and views and understand how that elevates the franchise.

  4. Talent Identification:

    • Identify and nurture emerging talent within the FPS space.

    • Develop strategies to build the next breakthrough creator who can elevate our brand.

  5. Brand Representation:

    • Serve as an external, welcoming voice for the franchise within the creator space.

    • Humanize our company and franchise, promoting a positive and engaging relationship with creator partners.

Management Skills

  • Strong cross-functional skills and the ability to work between multiple social, community, and brand disciplines.

  • Elite deal making experience navigating large talent agencies.

  • Expertise in selling and implementing creative and strategic activations.

  • Insight into creator needs and the ability to translate them into relevant opportunities to other teams.

  • Understanding of how to develop non-transactional and long-term talent partnerships to grow the Battlefield brand.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years working with influencer and creator talent.

  • Have gone through the Go-To-Market experience and shipped product for a large brand.

  • Experience with people management and strategic planning.

  • Experience building strategic partnerships with high-value talent and agencies.

US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location. EA has listed the base salary ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES

  • California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento): º $122,400 - $176,300 USD Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
