Job Description

This is a full-time Office Secretary position located in Kowloon, Hong Kong. Responsibilities include managing daily office administration tasks such as handling company registrations, vehicle licenses, and other permits. The role also involves supporting HR functions including attendance, MPF (Mandatory Provident Fund), and tax matters. The successful candidate will report to the General Manager and assist with various tasks, including supporting the group headquarters on Hong Kong-related affairs. The position requires strong administrative skills, proficiency in English and Cantonese, and a meticulous approach to work.
Good To Have:

1.负责香港办公室日常行政事务,包括公司商业登记证、两地车牌等各项证照的申请 、年审及维护工作; 2.协助香港办公室的人事工作,包括考勤、强积金、税务等各项事宜; 3.隶属集团总办秘书之一,完成总经理交代的各项公务或私务。 4.协助上级主管,完成其他临时交办的任务,包括协助集团总部的各项香港事务。
职位要求
1. 副学士以上学历,英文或财会专业优先,熟悉使用各项办公软件。 2. 英文能力优秀,识粤语,普通话沟通无障碍; 3. 沟通能力优秀,工作细致认真,熟悉香港劳动法规; 4. 责任心强,工作积极主动,能独立处理各项任务; 5. 有驾照优先考虑。
