We are seeking an experienced Operational Lead for Day-to-Day (D2D) Operations to manage core IT infrastructure services including VMware, Storage, Backup, DBaaS, and Monitoring. The role requires a strong background in operational excellence, incident management, and proactive support. The lead will ensure system stability, optimize performance, maintain service continuity, and lead a team of technical experts. Responsibilities include leading daily operations, ensuring SLA adherence, resolving incidents, coordinating with cross-functional teams, overseeing infrastructure health, driving root cause analysis, managing patching and upgrades, defining procedures, collaborating with architects, reporting on KPIs, leading shift operations, and contributing to continuous improvement. The lead will also mentor junior administrators.
