Job Description

As an IMS Operational Buyer Intern, you will perform day-to-day procurement operations under the guidance of the Panama Operational Procurement Team Lead. This includes operational and tactical sourcing activities related to Shopping Cards and Purchase Orders. You will also manage stakeholders, monitor KPIs like Purchase Order Compliance and Service Level Agreements, and support projects and system implementations. The role involves providing customer service support for Indirect Services and Material in America, including vendor master data customer service support. The role requires working in-person at least 3 days per week for office-based teams.
Must Have:
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance or related field

Your role:

- Performs day-to-day Procurement operations under active guidance of Panama Operational Procurement Team Lead.
- Performs operational and tactical sourcing activities regarding Shopping Cards / Purchase Orders Creation.
- Stakeholders management and support.
- Takes decisions individually on normal day-to-day operations, captured in the key areas of responsibility focusing on the continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyzes of KPIs: Purchase Order Compliance, Service Level Agreement end to end timing Approval; Parked invoices.
- Support projects and new system implementation.
- Indirect Services and Material Customer Service support America
- Vendor Master Data Customer Service support America, creating vendors and making the screening regarding to the background of each of them, to always offer the best quality to our market.

 University in progress  Finance Degree:
o  International Commerce
o  Accountant Degree
o  Industrial Engineering
o  Business Administration

 Language Skill:  Spanish Fluent, Fluent English / Compulsory
•  Problem solving thinking.
•  Urgency sense
