Job Description

The Manufacturing Engineer 2 is responsible for developing and improving manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment to ensure predictable, reliable, stable, and efficient production. This role involves monitoring yields, supporting validations, contributing to project execution, and engaging in quality improvement activities like FMEA and CAPA. The engineer will also build relationships with cross-functional teams, provide technical support, and offer guidance to production operators, applying company policies to resolve issues within a limited scope.
Good To Have:
  • 2–3 years of related experience.
  • Experience in Visio, Project, SPC software, and CAD.
  • Familiarity with additional software packages as needed.
  • Intermediate to advanced English skills.
Must Have:
  • Develop and improve manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment for predictable, reliable, stable, and efficient production.
  • Understand basic product functionality, monitor first-pass yields, and support validations, qualifications, and process flows for new suppliers and materials.
  • Contribute to project execution, adhere to finalized budgets, and possess basic knowledge of cost analysis for new product expenditures.
  • Engage in FMEA, CAPA, CIP, and NCR activities, support internal audits, and consider safety in material usage and processes.
  • Build relationships with manufacturing engineers and cross-functional teams, support technology reviews, and provide guidance and training to production operators.
  • Apply company policies to resolve issues, work on limited-scope problems with standard procedures, and receive detailed instructions for tasks and new assignments.
  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in a technical, science, or engineering field or equivalent experience in manufacturing.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Lead cost reduction initiatives, apply lean manufacturing principles, install equipment, and ensure quality and safety compliance.
  • Provide technical support for process improvements and contribute to the design and evaluation of production enhancements.

Your role:

  • Contributes to project execution, adheres to finalized budgets, and has basic knowledge of cost analysis for new product expenditures.
  • Engages in FMEA, CAPA, CIP, and NCR activities, supports internal audits, and considers safety in material usage and processes.
  • Builds relationships with manufacturing engineers and cross-functional teams, supports technology reviews, and provides guidance and training to production operators.
  • Applies company policies to resolve issues, works on limited-scope problems with standard procedures, and receives detailed instructions for tasks and new assignments.

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, science, or engineering field strongly preferred, or equivalent experience in manufacturing; 2–3 years of related experience preferred.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with preferred experience in Visio, Project, SPC software, and CAD; familiarity with additional software packages as needed; intermediate to advanced English skills preferred.
  • Leads cost reduction initiatives, applies lean manufacturing principles, installs equipment, and ensures quality and safety compliance in processes and standards.
  • Provides technical support for process improvements, may lead technicians, and contributes to the design and evaluation of production and administrative enhancements.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This role is an onsite role. Shift Admin.
