This role involves ensuring customer satisfaction by executing service orders, supporting department colleagues in resolving service orders, clarifying system functionalities and business rules, managing area indicators through reports and operational governance, and addressing critical demands from internal issues or clients. The ideal candidate will be proactive, a team player, and skilled in problem-solving.
Good To Have:
  • Knowledge in hospital management and/or experience in the hospital area (TASY system).
  • Knowledge in application servers (Tomcat and/or Weblogic).
  • Intermediate English.
Must Have:
  • Ensure customer service and satisfaction with service order execution.
  • Support department colleagues in resolving and managing service orders.
  • Ensure clarification of system functionalities, concepts, and business rules by analyzing client issues.
  • Manage area indicators through report monitoring and operational governance, identifying and implementing improvements.
  • Address critical demands arising from internal problems or clients.
  • Completed Higher Education or Technical Degree.
  • Availability for hybrid work in Blumenau, SC.
  • Solid experience with technical support for systems or infrastructure.
  • Communication, negotiation, and initiative skills.
  • Knowledge of functionalities and business rules of Health Plan Operators (OPS).
  • Knowledge in PLSQL language.

To succeed in this position you need:

  • Completed Higher Education or Technical Degree;
  • Availability for hybrid work model in Blumenau SC;
  • Solid experience with technical support for systems or infrastructure;
