You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring customer service and satisfaction with the execution of service orders;
- Supporting Department employees by assisting in the resolution and management of service orders;
- Ensuring clarification of doubts about system functionalities, concepts, and business rules, analyzing the situation pointed out by the client;
- Ensuring the management of area indicators, through monitoring reports and operational governance, identifying and executing improvement actions when necessary;
- Attending to critical demands, derived from internal problems or clients;
To succeed in this position you need:
- Completed Higher Education or Technical Degree;
- Availability for hybrid work model in Blumenau SC;
- Solid experience with technical support for systems or infrastructure;
- Communication, negotiation, and initiative skills;
- Knowledge of functionalities and business rules of OPS (Health Plan Operators);
- Knowledge in PLSQL language;
It will be a great differential if you have:
- Knowledge in hospital management and/or experience in the hospital area (TASY system);
- Knowledge in application servers (Tomcat and/or Weblogic);
- Intermediate English;
