Operations Assistant

This is a full-time Operations Assistant position based in Shenzhen, China. The role involves managing live stream operations, maintaining a positive online atmosphere, answering user questions, and overseeing user communities. Responsibilities include guiding discussions, resolving user queries, boosting community engagement, and suggesting improvements to products, processes, and systems based on user feedback. Problem-solving and process optimization are key aspects of the job. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the gaming industry and possess strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with excellent service orientation and the ability to work well under pressure. Evening shifts are required.
