4. Continuously optimize different promotion methods based on user feedback and data analysis.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, sensitive to data, with strong analytical and summary skills, capable of continuously optimizing funnel conversion rates and improving activity effectiveness.
2. Passionate about games, with deep experience and understanding of shooting game genres, familiar with FPS/MOBA and other hybrid genre games, and aspiring for long-term development in game operations planning.
3. Possess strong stress resistance, strong multi-threaded task management ability, proactive, strong sense of responsibility, down-to-earth, rigorous, meticulous, good team cooperation awareness, and good at communication and expression.
4. Game planning experience, insights into game operations, and experience with different payment models in multiple games are preferred.
