Job Description

The Operations Specialist provides day-to-day operational support for the ACO. Responsibilities include preparing materials for ACO board meetings, coordinating key events, assisting in designing and implementing reports using business intelligence and CRM tools, monitoring compliance activities, and supporting the Market President/Executive Director and field team on special projects and data requests. The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 1 to 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Healthcare industry experience and project management process knowledge are a plus, as is the ability to work in a rapidly changing startup environment. The position may require travel up to 10-25% of the time.

Job Details

The Operations Specialist provides day-to-day operational support for the ACO. Specific
responsibilities may vary based on the operational needs of the market, but may include:


Primary Duties:

    • Preparation of materials such as board presentations, practice communications, and minutes for ACO board meetings.
    • Coordination of key events such as ACO related retreats, kick-offs, and board meetings for providers and field teams.
    • Assist in designing and implementing a range of key reports (financial reports, KPIs) using relevant business intelligence and customer relationship management tools.
    • Monitoring of compliance activities
    • Support the Market President / Executive Director and field team on special projects, data requests and other program reporting requirements, as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree plus 1 to 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Skills and Abilities:

    • Healthcare Industry experience is a plus.
    • Project management process knowledge is a plus.
    • Ability to work in a rapidly changing startup environment.

Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to travel up to 10-25% of the time, as needed (market dependent)
