Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Manager to lead our HCM implementations and strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams while working closely with stakeholders to deliver optimized HR solutions. Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Oversee configuration, integration, and deployment of Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Payroll, Security-Risk, Technical, and Onboarding modules
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to define HCM strategies and best practices
  • Manage team performance, provide mentorship, and drive skill development for HCM consultants
  • Ensure compliance with HR regulations, security policies, and risk management standards
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering innovative solutions to improve HR processes
  • Lead system enhancements, upgrades, and performance optimization efforts
  • Drive adoption of new Oracle HCM features and improvements within the organization
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for successful implementation
  • Provide executive-level reporting and strategic recommendations for HR digital transformation
