Your role involves managing complex orders using SAP, driving operational excellence through projects, overseeing the end-to-end sales order process, assisting the Team Lead with daily operations and KPI management, acting as a key user for SAP, and maintaining strong communication with various stakeholders.

Must Have:
  • Managing complex orders with use of SAP and other supporting tools
  • Looking for standardized methods for operational excellence through projects and improvements
  • Being responsible for the end-to-end process of all types of Sales orders, from order intake to sales recognition
  • Proactively assisting and supporting the Team Lead with daily operations, including managing KPIs to meet targets
  • Acting as the key user, support colleagues with standard E2E SAP order processing
  • Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Demand Planners, Supply Chain BPs, Warehouse team, and Carriers)
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a matrix organization, within Supply Chain, Order management, Logistics, or Customer Service
  • University degree
  • Speak English at B2 level and Greek at C1 level
  • Experienced in working with SAP and proficient Excel skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills

Your role:

  • Managing complex orders with use of SAP and other supporting tools
  • Looking for standardized methods for operational excellence through projects and improvements. Identify team issues and drive solutions, involving the right stakeholders
  • Being responsible for the end-to-end process of all types of Sales orders, from order intake to sales recognition
  • Proactively assisting and supporting the Team Lead with daily operations, including managing KPIs to meet targets. Reporting, monitoring and control preparation (ICS/SOX)
  • Acting as the key user, support colleagues with standard E2E SAP order processing
  • Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Demand Planners, Supply Chain BPs, Warehouse team, and Carriers)

You're the right fit if:

  • You have at least 2-3 years of experience in a matrix organization, within Supply Chain, Order management, Logistics, or Customer Service
  • You have a University degree
  • You speak English at B2 level and Greek at C1 level
  • You are experienced in working with SAP and proficient Excel skills
  • You have strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
  • You are an open-minded person and a team player with strong communication skills
