Job Description

This role as a Project Coordinator (French-speaking) at Ekino involves serving as the primary client contact, managing project updates, and ensuring timely delivery by coordinating with internal teams. Responsibilities include communication management, meeting coordination, documentation, and conflict resolution support. The ideal candidate will have a business degree, be fluent in French and proficient in English, possess strong organizational skills, and be detail-oriented, supporting the Project Manager in daily tasks.
Good To Have:
  • Having an IT background is an advantage.
  • Experience in project coordination, client communication, or project management-related roles is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a software development, software testing, or IT outsourcing environment.
  • Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.).
Must Have:
  • Serve as the main contact between the company and clients/ stakeholders.
  • Discuss project updates and report progress directly to clients.
  • Monitor and follow up on project progress with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage communication channels, including email correspondence and project-related calls.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, preparing project documentation, and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
  • Support team in solving conflicts and incidents by facilitating communication, mediating resolutions, escalating issues, when necessary; coordinate resolutions, and keep stakeholders informed to minimize project disruptions.
  • Provide support to the Project Manager in daily tasks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant majors.
  • Fluency in French (both spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in English communication skills.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Organizational and multitasking skills.
  • A good team player, with a proactive and can-do attitude.
  • Careful and detail oriented.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
