Job Description

The Content Creator Leader reports to the Creative Director and oversees the creative output of copy and art supervisors or creative groups. They integrate art, copy, and production functions, acting as an experienced presenter with client contact. This role involves producing high-quality core concept material, designing visuals, and ensuring creative excellence. The leader is key in client interactions, strategically contributing to integrated initiatives across various channels. They will be involved in the concept, design, and execution of integrated, cross-channel initiatives, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of the client’s brand and overall industry. They will create and develop a broad range of concepts, refine creative briefs, and present ideas to clients. The role requires fluency in both digital and traditional channels, understanding best production practices, identifying new business opportunities, and supervising and delegating work within collaborative teams. The leader provides effective creative feedback, transfers industry best practices, and assists in hiring and managing direct reports.

Job Description :

Reports to Creative Director. Supervises and guides the total creative effort of a number of copy and/or art supervisors or creative groups. Integrates art, copy and production functions. An experienced presenter. Has client contact at brand level and above.

ACDs produces and supervises high-level, quality, core concept material and other visuals and designs to achieve creative excellence on behalf of our clients. ACDs are key client facing creative staff, and are both hands-on creators and strategically insightful contributors. The ACD is tactically involved in the concept, design, and execution of integrated, cross-channel initiatives and demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of the client’s brand and overall industry. Supports business growth and pushes the envelope on developing ground-breaking creative content.

- Creates high-quality deliverable and generates new and innovative ideas, alongside partners and under the supervision of Creative Director/ECD
- Create and develop broad range of concepts onl strategy
- Collaborates to refine creative briefs and interacts with project teams to understand business objectives and audience demographics, translating concepts into effective visualizations.
- Review work from junior teams, using judgment to advance the best thinking that is in line with brief and project scope.
- Presents and sells ideas to clients; listens and interprets client feedback.
- Fluency in both digital and traditional channels, including all social media platforms, content creation, video, and understands best production practices.
- Understanding the client’s needs with the ability to develop, present and sell creative concepts to clients.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to expand current assignments and acquire new projects.
- Uses presentation skills and command of visual ideas to help win pitches.
- Supervise and delegate work successfully within collaborative teams.
- Ability to provide effective creative feedback on work and help make the junior talent produce better work
- Transfer industry best practices and innovative ideas to your team – Foster passion, hunger and curiosity to produce better work in your teams.
- Assist CD’s in hiring and managing group of direct reports.
