Snappr is seeking an Outbound Sales Representative for their B2B team. The role involves conducting daily outbound calls to prospective clients, following up on leads, and booking photoshoots for customers in the US and Australia to drive expansion into new markets. Responsibilities include answering client questions about the photoshoot process, resolving scheduling issues, collaborating with photographers, and acting as a key player in the sales team with a focus on ownership and growth. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in written and spoken English, at least one year of experience in a call center selling to US or Australian clients, excellent phone and email etiquette, a proactive mindset, attention to detail, strong customer influencing abilities, and a passion for exceptional customer service. Knowledge of Australian and American culture and the e-commerce industry is preferred, and photography knowledge is a bonus. The position requires 100% onsite reporting in Ortigas with a shifting schedule.
