Job Summary
Snappr is seeking an Account Manager to scale the account management of their largest clients. You will work with companies in the marketplace, food delivery, automotive, eCommerce, and real estate industries, including Groupon, Airbnb, Eventbrite, and DoorDash. The role involves managing relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients, helping them gain value and ROI from photography. You will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, addressing concerns, introducing new features and products, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and tracking key metrics. Success requires an organized and inquisitive nature with the ability to perform under pressure. Experience with high-volume photography needs and account growth is essential.
Must Have
- 4+ years of experience with mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Creative writer and fantastic communicator
- Willing to be coached on selling and lead nurturing
- Data-driven mindset
- Ability to negotiate and renew contracts

Job Description
What you’ll do:
- Build and maintain a relationship with a wide range of mid-market and enterprise clients
- Promptly address client concerns
- Work closely with the product and leadership teams to introduce clients to new features and products
- Identify new business opportunities with current accounts
- Negotiate contract terms
- Track key metric across your accounts
What you'll need:
- 4+ years of experience working with mid-market and enterprise accounts valued up to $50k USD
- Excellent spoken and written English. You must be a creative writer and a fantastic communicator
- Be willing and able to be coached on how to sell to leads and nurture leads into opportunities
- A data-driven mindset
- Startup experience is a plus
