Job Description

Lilith Games is seeking an Overseas Ad Placement Manager in Shanghai. This full-time role involves managing TT channel placement and data analysis for mobile game products in European and American markets. Key responsibilities include developing placement strategies, monitoring ad data for optimization, tracking platform trends, and leading ad creative design. Candidates should have 2-5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and logical thinking skills, a passion for games, and excellent English proficiency. Experience in SLG/RPG placement and familiarity with Western markets are a plus.
Must have:
  • Responsible for TT channel placement and data analysis for mobile game products in Europe and America.
  • Formulate placement strategies for channels and be responsible for channel data.
  • Monitor advertising data, conduct statistical analysis, and optimize promotion effects.
  • Track latest advertising platform developments, explore and optimize, and output results.
  • Responsible for advertising creative, design, track, and optimize, outputting conclusions and iteration directions.
  • 2-5 years of overseas channel placement experience with deep understanding of ad delivery and TT channels.
  • Familiar with European and American mobile game markets.
  • Excellent logical thinking and data analysis skills, proactive in problem-solving.
  • Passionate about games, with rich gaming experience.
  • Able to organize, produce, and optimize creative directions based on game selling points.
  • Excellent cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills, with teamwork spirit.
  • Excellent English proficiency, able to use as a working language.
Good to have:

1. Responsible for TT channel placement and data analysis for the company's mobile game products in Europe and America.

2. Formulate placement strategies for channels, actively explore opportunities for increased volume, and be responsible for channel data.

3. Monitor advertising data, regularly conduct statistical analysis and summaries, and continuously optimize promotion effects.

4. Timely track and understand the latest developments of advertising platforms, effectively explore and optimize, and output results to the team.

5. Responsible for advertising creative, design and formulate advertising creative, track and optimize, regularly output conclusions and subsequent iteration directions.

Job Requirements

1. 2-5 years of overseas channel placement experience, deep understanding of the advertising placement process and TT channels, familiar with the European and American mobile game markets. Experience in SLG and RPG placement is preferred, and complete project launch experience is preferred.

2. Excellent logical thinking ability, excellent data analysis ability & proactiveness, good at discovering and solving problems from data.

3. Passionate about games, with rich gaming experience; able to organize, produce, and optimize creative directions for materials based on game selling points; familiarity with European and American market games and film/television works is preferred.

4. Excellent cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills, with a spirit of teamwork.

5. Excellent English proficiency, able to use as a working language.
