4. Collaborate with planning, UI, animation, programming, and TA teams, actively cooperate with upstream and downstream functions to ensure efficient communication and collaboration.
5. Pay attention to market competitor dynamics, actively promote interactive innovation and experience upgrades within the game.
1. More than three years of experience in game interaction design, with SLG project experience preferred.
2. Proficient in common prototype design software, such as Figma/Adobe XD/PS; experience in Unity engine project development, familiar with UGUI development tools; familiar with user experience design methods and workflows, with good interface aesthetics.
3. Able to actively and proactively communicate with upstream and downstream teams, and promote demand implementation across departments.
4. Love games and have rich gaming experience.
5. Bonus points: Experience with SLG products (e.g., "Rise of Kingdoms", "Whiteout Survival"); fully participated in the R&D process of a 0-1 product; familiar with interface splicing process, proficient in UGUI.
6. Portfolio requirements: Content can include interactive prototype cases, interaction specification sorting/organizing, demonstrating product thinking and analytical skills.
