1. Responsible for the full-process design and production of in-game commercialization and event gameplay.
2. Continuously optimize and iterate commercialization and event content based on initial project test data to improve ROI.
3. Continuously explore and tap into the commercial value within the game to increase game LTV growth.
4. Timely follow up and handle online issues and user feedback.
1. Rich experience in SLG games; deep understanding and insights into mainstream SLG products, familiar with SLG+X user acquisition and operation models.
2. 3+ years of experience in game system planning or commercialization planning, with 0-1 SLG development project experience. Experience in online operation projects is preferred.
3. Excellent logical thinking, documentation skills, and execution ability.
4. Strong teamwork ability, strong stress resistance, and sense of responsibility; cheerful personality, good at communication; experience in team management is preferred.
