1. Independently responsible for the design of mid-to-long-term large map gameplay features within the game, completing game design documents with high quality.
2. Mainly responsible for the design, production follow-up, testing, adjustment, and optimization of multi-player cross-server and seasonal gameplay modules, as well as related documentation.
3. Build a long-term social ecosystem for the game and a gameplay framework that supports long-term operations.
4. Coordinate closely with art and programming teams to efficiently implement system features.
1. 3+ years of game planning experience; SLG project experience from 0-1 preferred; long-term in-depth experience with multiple CoK-like products preferred.
2. Complete mobile game project development experience; in-depth research on (CoK-like) SLG+X products.
3. Experience participating in or leading SLG seasonal gameplay development or building long-term multiplayer gameplay and social ecosystems preferred.
4. Passionate about SLG genre games, strong self-drive and stress resistance, able to withstand the pressure of fast-paced development.
