1. Responsible for brand voice and public opinion control on mainstream social media platforms (including but not limited to Douyin, Kuaishou, Xiaohongshu, etc.).
2. Formulate and implement reputation optimization strategies for corresponding platforms based on the characteristics of various search engines and social media platforms.
3. Regularly collect and analyze public opinion data, improve media public opinion handling, propose improvement suggestions, and promote continuous product optimization.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in journalism, communication, or law-related majors.
2. 5+ years of experience in public opinion handling/public relations, with preference for experience in public opinion management for large products.
3. Possess good communication and negotiation, cross-departmental collaboration, and emotional control skills.
4. Possess strong risk identification, ability to timely warn of complaints and flexibly handle emergencies.
