1. Independently responsible for the company's centralized IT procurement work, including but not limited to design and development software and hardware.
2. Evaluate the rationality of demands and propose optimization suggestions, combining the company's existing software assets (e.g., whether similar tools can be reused) and industry technology trends.
3. Independently carry out various tasks, including full-lifecycle procurement management such as demand management, sourcing, procurement strategy formulation, business negotiation, contract signing, and delivery implementation.
4. Timely complete other tasks arranged by superiors, such as market cost research and cost analysis.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, 3 years or more of software procurement work experience, internet background preferred.
2. Good communication and negotiation skills and teamwork ability.
3. Strong logical and data analysis skills, with the ability to quickly learn new fields and knowledge.
4. Mature and steady, proactive, adaptable to change, with good professional ethics.
