2. Analyze game mechanics and selling points, understand user preferences, and produce corresponding advertising creative scripts.
3. Responsible for following up on the entire advertising creative production process, including but not limited to writing requirement documents, providing effective feedback, controlling the quality of final deliverables, ensuring creative completion on time and with quality, and being responsible for the final results of the advertisement.
4. Track ad performance, regularly conduct data analysis and feedback.
5. Pay attention to emerging industry trends, competitor dynamics, and user preferences, combine product features, and update creative ideas and output strategies.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with solid design ability and excellent aesthetic standards. Majors in art, advertising, creativity, etc. are preferred.
2. 2 years or more experience in material gameplay design, focusing on ad gameplay rhythm, element priority, and visual pleasure expression.
3. Possess excellent expression skills and a desire to learn, with the ability to collaborate across departments and communicate effectively with suppliers.
4. Creative experience in at least one SLG project, played over 100+ Steam games, and familiar with Lilith products.
5. Familiarity with various production software (Midjourney, Jimeng, Runway, Pika, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, UE, MAYA, etc.) is a plus.
6. Possess an overseas study/living background. Bonus: familiar with European and American popular culture.
