3. Conduct preliminary research, evaluate implementation, and optimize art effects and real machine performance according to requirements.
4. Based on actual project conditions, formulate resource planning, performance specifications, and supporting automated testing tools to ensure their implementation in the project.
5. Communicate closely with relevant stakeholders, and propose insights and solutions for improving and implementing visual quality.
6. Pay attention to industry trends to ensure leading art quality.
1. Passionate about games, with at least 2 years of TA experience.
2. Solid art foundation, good understanding of structure, light, color, materials, etc., with high aesthetic ability.
3. Good communication, coordination, and expression skills, with the awareness and ability to promote and solve problems.
4. Possess a spirit of collaboration, proactiveness, strong sense of responsibility, ability to withstand certain pressure, and maintain a learning spirit.
5. Familiar with UnrealEngine5, able to independently complete work using material editor and BluePrint, familiar with Shader language, and familiar with Profile tools.
6. Experience in successful high-quality projects is preferred.
