1. Based on the product's global publishing and brand marketing strategy, formulate and execute KOC influencer recruitment strategies, and discover and establish cooperation with high-quality game KOC influencers through various channels.
2. Participate in formulating influencer cooperation plans, assist in establishing influencer management systems and assessment mechanisms, and handle cooperation communication issues.
3. Responsible for the review and coordination of influencer content publishing and promotion, and conduct data analysis to optimize cooperation effectiveness.
4. Incubate European and American proprietary creator clubs, and build a sustainable UGC/PUGC supply pool.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, 2+ years of overseas game influencer/content operation experience, having led global publishing cases for at least 1 PC/console or high-ARPU mobile game.
2. Familiar with European and American content platform rules and cultural context, fluent in English reading and writing, minor languages a plus.
3. Passionate about games, understand ACG/dress-up/MMO/open-world genres, and able to quickly extract selling points and convert them into influencer briefs.
4. Candidates with existing overseas KOL/KOC/MCN resources or who have successfully incubated a creator community of 100+ people are preferred.
