1. Based on the product's global distribution and brand marketing strategy, formulate and execute KOC influencer recruitment strategies, discover high-quality game collaboration KOC influencers through various channels, and establish partnerships.
2. Participate in formulating influencer cooperation plans, assist in establishing influencer management systems and evaluation mechanisms, and handle cooperation communication issues.
3. Responsible for reviewing and coordinating influencer content release and promotion, and conducting data analysis to optimize cooperation effects.
4. Incubate European and American self-owned creator clubs, and build a sustainable UGC/PUGC supply pool.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, 2+ years of overseas game influencer/content operation experience, having led global distribution cases for at least one PC/console or high-ARPU mobile game.
2. Familiar with European and American content platform rules and cultural context, fluent in English reading and writing, minor languages a plus.
3. Passionate about games, understand ACG/dress-up/MMO/open-world genres, and able to quickly extract selling points and convert them into influencer briefs.
4. Possess overseas KOL/KOC/MCN resources or successfully incubated 100+ creator communities preferred.
