Packaging Graphic Designer

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We are currently seeking a talented and dynamic Graphic Designer with a focus on Packaging to join our client's team. This hybrid role is based in Cranbury, NJ, requiring on-site presence at least three days a week. The role is set to start ASAP and runs through January 2025.

In this exciting opportunity, you’ll play a key role in delivering innovative visual designs with an emphasis on packaging, working closely with our client's team on high-profile projects for new licenses and upcoming events. If you have strong design and production skills, a keen eye for detail, and are experienced with die lines, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the client's team to execute design projects for new events and licensing initiatives.
• Develop creative and visually engaging designs for packaging that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
• Focus primarily on production work to ensure that designs are executed efficiently and accurately.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in graphic design and production, with a particular focus on packaging design.
• Experience working with die lines and understanding their application in packaging.
• Ability to bring your own equipment, ideally a Mac or PC with Adobe Creative Suite (CS).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is a plus.

To qualify for our benefits package, candidates must work over 30 hours per week and have a minimum assignment length of 10 weeks.
