Part-time Assistant (m/f/d) in Finance

We are looking for a dedicated assistant as soon as possible to support us with processing purchase orders (POs) and with budget and invoice verification.

Sony Pictures Entertainment Deutschland GmbH, located in a modern office at Potsdamer Platz in the heart of Berlin, is the German-speaking theatrical distribution division of Sony Pictures Releasing International. As one of the world's most successful film distributors, we are responsible for the marketing and distribution of blockbusters such as: Spider-Man, Venom, Garfield, Bad Boys, Jumanji, Uncharted, MEN IN BLACK, Die drei ??? – and many other international cinema films.

Therefore, we are looking for a:

Your area of responsibility:

• Entering and maintaining purchase orders (POs)
• Support with order and invoice verification and approvals
• Maintenance and overview of budget and cost center information
• Close exchange/collaboration with our marketing & accounting teams (primarily in German & English)
• Support teams with further administrative tasks

Your profile:

• Affinity for numbers and good analytical understanding
• Precise and structured way of working
• Interest in finance and accounting processes
• Initial knowledge in Ariba/SAP and Graphite Connect is a plus – but not a must!
• Good English skills, especially for communication with international teams
• Proficient in MS Excel and willingness to learn new tools

Flexible and remote work arrangement after onboarding with a compensation of 15€ per hour, initially limited to 1 year with an extension option.
