The consultant will lead the integration of capability and capacity plans for partners and enable partners to build Autodesk offerings. This role is based in Munich with a hybrid work model.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Partner Business Consultant to join our team in Germany or Austria, reporting to the EMEA Sr. Manager Gold & Silver Partners. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key business partners, providing strategic guidance, and driving mutual business growth. The Partner Business Consultant will collaborate with our teams and our partners to identify opportunities, develop business plans, and ensure the successful execution of joint initiatives. You will be based in our Munich Office with possibility for flexible work (hybrid Model).

Responsibilities

  • You will have to build a trusted-advisor relationship with C-suite leaders of complex partners and align their priorities, strategies, and goals with Autodesk's to build mutually beneficial account plans and achieve strategic agreement and growth

  • Collaborate with partners to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including market expansion, joint marketing campaigns, and co-selling initiatives. Develop a go-to-market plan and co-sell execution tactics, lead partner pipeline reviews and coach partners

  • Facilitate collaboration between partner and Autodesk sales teams to achieve common goals

  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and build mutual business growth

  • You will be responsible for your partners' performance with Autodesk and accountable for keeping a regular rhythm of connection with executive, sales and delivery teams to resolve blockers in execution, and to accelerate performance

  • You will increase adoption, usage and performance of programs and investments that contribute to sales

  • You will be a liaison between assigned partners and our teams, ensuring the coordination of joint activities

  • You will represent the partner and lead the orchestration resolution to complex and urgent escalations

  • You will engage across groups internally and with the partner organization to accelerate performance and execution

  • You will lead the integration of capability and capacity plans for your partners utilizing the right mix of sales and tech training to upskill the partner

  • You will enable partners to build Autodesk offerings and practices to grow their business

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience in partner management, business consulting, Direct Sales Role or a similar role in IT Software market

  • Understanding of market dynamics in SaaS business model

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and C-level.

  • Business Fluency in both German and English (native proficiency).
