Your Role with Us

As our Partner Operations Analyst, you'll be the engine behind smooth day-to-day operations within the Partnerships team. You'll manage contract workflows, verify and process invoices, maintain clean data, and respond to partner queries with clarity and speed. Working closely with the Partnership Technical Lead, you'll help streamline internal coordination and surface opportunities to automate and improve existing processes. Your attention to detail and proactive mindset will keep our partner ecosystem running efficiently and effectively.

What you will do:

• Review and audit partner data to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies with relevant teams.
• Verify, tag, and coordinate invoice approvals, working closely with Finance for timely processing.
• Maintain an organized contract repository, tracking key dates and renewal timelines.
• Manage partner communications across email and chat platforms, escalating complex queries as needed.
• Audit data before external sharing, ensuring compliance and proper access controls.
• Document and update core partner operation processes in a clear, centralized playbook.
• Assist in compiling regular performance reports on partner metrics and operational KPIs.
• Review workflows to identify bottlenecks, suggesting and testing automation improvements.
• Coordinate daily with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Product, Marketing) to ensure smooth collaboration.

What you will bring:

• Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
• Experience with project or ticketing systems such as Jira or Confluence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced spreadsheet abilities including formulas, filters, and lookups

Bonus points if you also have:

• Familiarity with process automation tools like Zapier, Google Apps Script, or similar platforms
• Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
• Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
• Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Airtable & Intercom
