Position Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate, organized, and forward-thinking People & Culture Manager to lead human resources operations and workplace culture at our immersive mixed reality attraction in Las Vegas. This role will play a key part in building and maintaining a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment by managing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and offboarding.
- Foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace that reflects our creative and innovative culture.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Act as a trusted advisor and support system for employees, offering guidance on workplace concerns, development, and conflict resolution.
- Manage scheduling, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee documentation.
- Organize and facilitate employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and internal events.
- Support training and professional development programs for frontline, technical, and leadership teams.
- Maintain employee records and HR systems with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with operations and executive leadership to ensure alignment between HR strategy and business objectives.
- Promote and model a culture of respect, collaboration, and innovation across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or Employee Experience, preferably in entertainment, hospitality, or technology sectors.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations in Nevada.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a people-first mindset.
- Proven experience in recruitment, team development, and HR systems.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information.
- Experience with HR software and tools (e.g., BambooHR, Gusto, ADP, or similar platforms).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field preferred.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
