As we step into our next phase of growth, we are looking for a Program Manager to join us for an impactful 9 month tour of duty. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to our VP of People and the Head of People Operations, Insights & Total Rewards, driving high-impact cross-functional initiatives that advance our People function and accelerate progress on our organizational goals. This role combines strategic thinking with cross-functional collaboration and hands-on execution. You will lead complex projects end-to-end, and will often operate at different altitudes - pulling up to connect with executives at times, and rolling up your sleeves to partner with our frontline at other times. You’ll drive clarity amidst ambiguity - often through qualitative and quantitative insights, strong cross-functional collaboration and influence, and hands-on experimentation to test your hypotheses. This is a full-time exempt position (fixed term) with a hybrid work schedule: in office M/W/Th with the option to work from home Tu/Fr.
