The Photoshop & Illustrator Specialist plays a crucial role in our organization by creating visually compelling designs and graphics using industry-standard software. Key Responsibilities

• Create and design various materials such as logos, banners, typography, and infographics using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts that align with the brand's vision and messaging.
• Produce and edit visuals for web and print materials, ensuring high-quality and consistent branding.
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices to continuously improve the visual aesthetic of our materials.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand their design needs and deliver tailored creative solutions.
• Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across various platforms.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for new design concepts.
• Collaborate with external vendors and agencies for specialized design projects when necessary.
• Perform quality checks on all deliverables to maintain a high standard of work.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the organization's visual assets and design library.
• Provide support and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Participate in design review sessions and incorporate feedback to improve design iterations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating visual content for both digital and print platforms.
• Proficient understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software and industry trends.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.

• Understanding of pre-press and printing processes for producing print-ready materials.
