Job Description

As the GBI Pricing Execution Manager, you will develop Price Indexing evaluation tools, execute annual price plans, and manage seamless pricing implementation. The role involves line management of a Pricing Executive, working with sales and finance on CRM and TSM processes, and ensuring compliance with Order-to-Cash discipline. You will also contribute to commercial excellence by collaborating with various functions and driving process simplification and automation.

  • Identify capability needs across GB commercial functions and deliver pricing & systems capability plan.
  • Conduct periodic Management Monitoring, including order-to-cash controls.
  • Work on continued simplification and automation of pricing processes and CRM projects.

About the role

  • As the GBI Pricing Execution Manager you will work with the NRM Managers to develop Price Indexing evaluation tools, which will inform market pricing strategy. You will execute an annual price plan and manage process as well as stakeholders to ensure seamless pricing implementation
  • The role includes line management of a Pricing Executive and you will be responsible for the personal development plan and setting direction for this individual
  • You will work with sales and finance as well as above the market processes & systems teams to manage CRM and TSM in-market process and continued simplification
  • By working with the NRM team and sales, you will manage a best in class pricing sign off process and through controls and measures you will conduct audit reviews and ensure compliance to Order-to-Cash discipline
  • This role sits within our Commercial Excellence team and therefore you will be instrumental in working closely with our commercial functions of sales, finance, supply chain and marketing, as well as with Northern Europe function on bringing synergies with other markets and influencing best in class pricing process

Key responsibilities

Systems & Processes:

  • Establish and maintain ways of working around our CRM Systems & related analytical tools and applications and ensure regular reporting to stakeholders including Leadership Team.
  • Lead adoption of the CRM tools in line with GB & Ireland needs by collaborating and working closely with the BU team.
  • Working with sales and finance as well as above the market processes & systems teams to manage TSM market admin, including managing access and customer listings maintenance, supporting trade agreements set up.

Price Execution, Compliance & Reporting

  • Developing Price Indexing evaluation tool and by working with NRM managers setting market pricing plan.
  • Manage end-to-end process of pricing execution, which involves setting timings, pricing files, price loading and monitoring.
  • You will develop and manage a best-in-class pricing sign off process, including standing over Revenue Management input into market Standard Operating Procedures.
  • You will work with sales team on periodic validation of customer files and ensuring full compliance with Haleon internal systems.
  • You will work with sales and customer service team to understand the root cause of pricing claims and drive process improvement to continuously reduce pricing claims.
  • You will develop and generate required reporting to provide price visibility and compliance.
  • You will manage publishing of Haleon pricing (List and MRSP) with external platform and ensure compliance with internal data.
  • You will identify capability needs across GB commercial functions and work with stakeholders or independently to deliver pricing & systems capability plan.
  • You will conduct a periodic Management Monitoring, including order-to-cash controls, review the audit outcomes and apply corrective actions when required.
  • You will report on audit controls and compliance in Compliance Risk Forums and manage follow up actions.

Automation:

  • You will work on continued simplification and automation of pricing processes and CRM projects. This will involve actively seeking feedback and influencing stakeholders to drive simplification.
  • You will input into the design and build of tools that will drive simplification of the Revenue Management and CRM tools.

Essential experience

  • Experience in managing commercial systems and processes.
  • Experience in managing and maintaining audit controls.
  • Project Management.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence results within multi-function teams in a matrix environment.
  • Prior line management experience preferable

Desirable experience

  • Experience of working in sales or with sales function
  • Designing and delivering capability sessions to commercial stakeholders
