The opportunity:
Our Procurement department, within Internal Firm Services, manages the procurement of all goods and services required by PwC for operational purposes and combines project management, cost management, operational effectiveness and negotiation. As part of the team, you’ll be responsible for developing our practices, processes and compliance, managing relationships for both internal clients and suppliers on corporate benefit programs. Due to the continued growth of our practice and consistently high demand for consulting services in the Financial Services industry, we are now recruiting a Procurement-Benefits Associate for our office in Athens.
As a part of our team you will:
Support and coordinate all employee corporate benefit programs, such as medical plans, corporate cars, corporate mobile telephony plans etc
Serve as a first point of contact for the Firm’s employees regarding all employee corporate benefits issues and questions
Manages corporate benefits enrollment and changes, ensuring accurate processing
Perform administrative activities and upgrades in employee corporate benefits
Perform quality checks of corporate benefits-related data
Verify the accuracy of employee corporate benefits and maintain benefits data to provide reports
Liaise with suppliers in deliverable services
Market research of new products, services and potential suppliers to meet company's goals
What we are looking for:
Excellent academic records from a Greek or foreign university with background in Business Administration
At least one (1) year of relevant experience in benefits management e.g. medical plans, corporate cars, corporate mobile telephony plans etc
Communication skills with ability to coordinate with various departments/clients
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products (Power Point, Word, Excel) and G-Suite Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Analytical and critical thinking
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
A confident and positive attitude, focused on client service, teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients
Negotiation skills
Passionate for delivering high quality deliverables
