Job Description
Paytm is seeking a Product Analyst - Team Lead for its Devices team in Noida. The role involves analyzing millions of merchants' device data to derive insights. Key responsibilities include utilizing advanced SQL, Python, Google Looker or similar visualization tools, and Excel for data extraction, automation, and visualization. The ideal candidate will have experience building management reports, MIS, and dashboards, with a strong aptitude for analytics and critical thinking. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with at least 2 years of experience as a Product Analyst, preferably in financial services or technology. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Good To Have:
- Experience in Looker Studio for visualization
- Experience in VBA
- Market research and analysis experience
Must Have:
- Advanced SQL experience
- Basic knowledge of Python
- Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Google Looker)

5. Should have advanced excel knowledge.
6. Should have built management reports, MIS and dashboardsExperience in VBA.

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
