Job Summary
Job Description
- Conceive, sketch, and develop inspiring product concepts for physical toys.
- Identify new trends and product opportunities.
- Responsible for the design, play value, and user experience of the brand/product.
- Create visual product presentations and present them to senior management.
- Organize and lead brainstorming sessions within the design team.
- Create prototypes and test products with children.
- Basic knowledge of 3D design (e.g., Blender or Nomad)

We are looking for a driven, creative professional who wants to play a central role in our toy development team. You will work closely with an eclectic group of internal and external partners, including our teams in the US, the Netherlands, the UK, and Hong Kong.

Requirements

Education and Experience
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in product design or industrial design.
- 3-5 years of experience in the toy industry.
- Good sketching skills to clearly present ideas and concepts.
- Proficiency in 3D design software (such as SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Blender, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of 3D design (e.g., Blender or Nomad) is a big plus.
- Good knowledge of common design programs such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong interest in toys.
- Experience managing schedules for multiple projects simultaneously.

- Hands-on mentality – you enjoy not only sketching ideas but also actually prototyping.
