  • Work closely with engineering, analytics, operations, compliance, sales, client-facing teams.
  • Translate complex concepts into clear communication.
  • Lead complex issue analysis and identify novel product opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on product roadmaps.
  • Serve as domain expert for OON product.
  • Ensure adherence to privacy, regulatory, and security standards.
  • Support sales and client teams with product guidance.
  • Provide leadership and development support to project teams.
  • Guide hiring discussions and shape product culture.

Position Overview

As the Product Director – Post Pay (Out of Network), you will be the driving force behind the strategic vision and execution of our Out of Network Post Pay product line. This senior role involves defining long-term strategy, developing and maintaining a multi-year roadmap, and translating these strategies into impactful tactical plans. You will lead cross-functional teams (engineering, analytics, compliance, operations, sales) with high autonomy and often indirectly hire or mentor team members. Your work ensures scalable, compliant, and reliable product delivery aligned with Price Division growth goals.

What you'll do:

Strategy & Roadmap

  • Create and maintain the Post Pay Out of Network roadmap (1–3 year tactical, 3–6 months impact) aligned with departmental and company goals.
  • Champion integration of market research, customer insights, and internal feedback.
  • Co-develop departmental strategy, directly influencing the direction and success of the Out of Network Post Pay team.
  • Manage the Post Pay Product budget, develop business cases for executive approval, and include 3-year CAP/OPX costs, incremental KPIs, market value, and ROI.
  • Exercise a high degree of autonomy in decision-making under indirect supervision, with accountability for both strategic direction and tactical execution.

Execution & Delivery

  • Lead complex initiatives with long-range planning horizons and measurable business outcomes.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle—from ideation to launch, continuous iteration, and post-production improvement.
  • Manage dependencies, timing, resourcing, budgeting, and KPI tracking.
  • Ensure teams complete deliverables that drive revenue, compliance, and market leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with engineering, analytics, operations, compliance, sales, and client-facing teams.
  • Translate complex concepts into clear, effective communication for both senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead complex issue analysis, identify novel product opportunities, and propel iterative enhancement based on testing and feedback loops.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to prioritize customer needs in our product roadmaps.

Governance & Compliance

  • Serve as domain expert for the OON product.
  • Ensure adherence to privacy, regulatory, and security standards, in partnership with our Legal and Compliance teams.
  • Support sales and client teams with authoritative product guidance.

Mentorship & People

  • Provide leadership and development support to project teams.
  • Guide hiring discussions and contribute to shaping a high-performing product culture.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree (business, healthcare, technology) or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of product management experience.
  • Expertise in healthcare with compliance/regulatory knowledge.
  • Proven track record managing complex product roadmaps, balancing strategic and tactical objectives in a high-growth environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills: financial modeling, data-driven decision-making, KPI monitoring, and performance analysis.
  • Experience with Agile product development and the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).
  • Exceptional communicator with frequent interaction at senior leadership and client levels.
  • Strong negotiation, planning, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action.
  • Hands-on leader with collaborative influence across matrixed teams.
  • Scrum certification (CSPO/A-CSPO) preferred.
  • Pragmatic Marketing certificate preferred.
