Job Description
As a Product Manager of gaming BU, you will be responsible for gaming audio product roadmap and product lifecycle of designated product lines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including channel, sales, ID, engineering, marketing, and procurement to define and execute product strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product planning, business strategy, and project management. You will lead the development of new product initiatives, conduct market research, define product requirements, develop product roadmaps, analyze market and product performance data, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
Must Have:
- Deep knowledge of gaming headset and audio is must
- Team player, able to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Lead the development of new product initiatives, from ideation to launch
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends
- Define product requirements and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development
- Develop product roadmaps and manage the product lifecycle of existing products
- Analyze market and product performance data to make data-driven product decisions
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches
- Communicate product plans and progress to executive leadership
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in PC, console or gaming industry, 5+ years of PM role
- Deep knowledge of gaming headset and audio is must
- Team player, able to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and sometimes challenging environment
- Detail oriented, process driven and great problem-solving skills
