Job Description

Playtech's Information Solutions and R&D unit is seeking a Product Manager to lead product management and delivery for tailor-made applications and commercial information systems. This role involves collaborating with European teams, focusing initially on HR business solutions, to enhance existing services and introduce new information services that streamline business operations and increase employee productivity. The Product Manager will work closely with stakeholders, define product roadmaps, translate business needs into technical requirements, manage the SDLC backlog, and oversee release management and communication.
Good To Have:
  • Knowledge and experience in UX and usability planning.
  • Familiarity and previous experience with ERP, CRM, Finance, HR, BI or other information systems.
  • Supplementary knowledge and background in Product Management, IT, R&D and Information Security.
  • Presentation and customer-facing skills.
Must Have:
  • Work closely with stakeholders, being the central point for decisions around relevant products.
  • Function as a major requirements analyst in areas of responsibility.
  • Set the product roadmap and development priorities.
  • Translate complex business needs into useful features and actual technical requirements.
  • Lead backlog management throughout the entire software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Manage release management and communication.
  • Collaborate with R&D and other technical teams to steer the technical delivery.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in similar roles.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to delve into business logic and requirements, with experience in process and workflow review, design, and redesign.
  • Ability to develop clear specifications for desired functionality.
  • Independent, accountable, proactive, and assertive.
  • High integrity and ethics when handling sensitive and classified information.
  • Dynamic team player who thrives in a multicultural environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and to evolve.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English.

Your primary goal will be to enhance existing services and introduce new information services that streamline our business operations and increase employee productivity.
