The Azar Product Department is responsible for conceiving and implementing projects to enhance product value.

Understand the core value of Azar service and actively propose and persuade product directions to maximize it.
As a PM for a global service, listen to the voices of users in each country, establish roadmaps based on this, and plan by organizing requirements from related departments such as development, design, and business.
Adjust priorities within limited resources, lead projects, and produce results.
Set quantitative KPIs for projects and constantly check and share success or progress.
Devise user scenarios, create hypotheses, verify through AB tests, and reflect them in service planning.
Objectively judge the impact and utility of projects and share them to contribute to rational decision-making.
High understanding of or interest in Azar service.
Possess 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Capable of actively proposing diverse ideas, persuading others, and driving results.
Experienced in KPI setting and management.
Experienced in successful product management from ideation to launch.
Experienced in creating and operating user-centric products.
Proficient in AB test design and data analysis/interpretation.
Able to smoothly coordinate opinions and communicate during project execution.
Current Azar user, or previously used it extensively.
Fluent in English communication.
Experienced in global service operation, launch, etc.
Experienced or knowledgeable in development.
Able to extract desired data using queries.
