The Azar Product Department is responsible for tasks ranging from project conception to implementation to enhance product value.
We improve user experience and contribute to sales growth, maintaining our market-leading position and further expanding the market. Furthermore, we aim to propose new directions for the industry.
Responsibilities
Proactively propose and advocate for product directions that understand and maximize the core value of the Azar service.
As a PM for a global service, listen to the voices of users in each country, and based on this, establish roadmaps and plan by organizing requirements from related departments such as development, design, and business.
Coordinate priorities within limited resources, lead projects, and produce results.
Set quantitative KPIs for projects and constantly monitor and share their success or progress.
Devise user scenarios, create hypotheses, verify them through AB tests, and reflect them in service planning.
Objectively judge the impact and utility of projects and share this to contribute to rational decision-making.
Requirements
Those with a high understanding of or interest in the Azar service.
Those with 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Those with the ability to proactively propose diverse ideas, persuade, and drive results.
Those with experience in setting and managing KPIs.
Those with experience in successful product management from ideation to launch.
Those with experience in creating and operating user-centric products.
Those proficient in AB test design, data analysis, and interpretation.
Those who can smoothly coordinate opinions and communicate during project execution.
Preferred
Current Azar users, or those who have used it extensively in the past.
Those capable of fluent English communication.
Those with experience in global service operation or launch.
Those with experience or extensive knowledge in development.
Those who can extract desired data using queries.
