Binance, a global blockchain company, seeks an early career talent for its Accelerator Program as a Product Manager focusing on Content Algorithm. This program offers an immersive experience in the Web3 space, allowing participants to understand the operations of a leading blockchain ecosystem. Responsibilities include supporting the product team in enhancing content recommendation algorithms, contributing ideas for personalized feeds and trending content, working with data to identify user behavior patterns, assisting in product documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires proficiency in both English and Mandarin, a strong interest in content platforms and personalization, comfort with data analysis, and a proactive attitude.
Must have:
- Year 3/4 students in technical fields (Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics)
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Strong interest in content platforms, personalization, or recommendation systems
- Comfortable working with data and drawing insights
- Fast learner with great communication and proactive attitude
Good to have:
- Intern experience in AI, Data Science, or Machine Learning

Responsibilities
- Support the product team in improving content recommendation algorithms to enhance user engagement
- Contribute ideas and feedback on features like personalized feeds and trending content
- Work with data to help identify patterns in user behavior and content performance
- Assist in preparing product documents, specs, and experiment plans
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and data analysts on feature development
Requirements
- Year 3/4 students, pursuing degree/masters in technical field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required to effectively coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Strong interest in content platforms, personalization, or recommendation systems
- Comfortable working with data and drawing simple insights
- A fast learner with great communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Added Bonus: Intern experience in the field of AI, Data Science, Machine Learning
