Product Analyst Intern

The Product Analyst Intern will support the Payments Solution Manager in managing day-to-day operational tasks, assisting with payment solution design and testing, and contributing to short-term strategic projects across our 200 payment channels globally. This internship provides hands-on experience with payment solution design, integration testing, and monitoring of key metrics to enhance payment performance and user experience.

Must Have

• Supporting day-to-day operations such as coordinating with PSPs on channel launch plans, conducting payment flow testing, monitoring performance, and assisting with post-launch UI/UX changes.
• Assisting in solution design, integration testing, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth rollout of new payment methods and enhancements to existing ones.
• Driving short-term projects including data gathering for performance analysis, monitoring and impact assessments, and contributing to AI agent development via Copilot Studio.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning.

Good to Have

• Basic understanding of payment systems, APIs, and payment gateways is preferred.
• Interest in payment technologies, fintech, AI/Agentic payments.
