The Product Manager will be responsible for leading and owning Trackman's Stadium products for baseball and softball, including the V3 product. This role involves crafting roadmaps, launching new features, understanding customer needs, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The Product Manager will work closely with various internal departments and act as the primary subject matter expert on the product, advocating for the customer and driving product adoption. The role includes specific responsibilities such as engaging with customers, staying current on industry trends, analyzing market opportunities, defining product vision and roadmap, defining feature requirements, monitoring product performance, and preparing product strategy documents. The Product Manager will also be responsible for planning roadmaps, collaborating across teams, leading go-to-market efforts, tracking KPIs, managing the product lifecycle, communicating updates to stakeholders, identifying and mitigating product risks, and managing product releases. Travel of approximately 6-8 weeks per year is required. The role will have two direct reports.

Trackman is seeking a Product Manager to own and lead its Stadium products for baseball and softball. The V3, our marquee product, has revolutionized player development, evaluation, advance scouting and more. We work with every MLB team, multiple international pro leagues, hundreds of colleges, and all of the top amateur tournaments and facilities. Job Description:  

We’re looking for candidates who haven’t simply worked on products, but have led them. 

The Product Manager – Stadium will craft compelling roadmaps, drive new features to market, stay deeply in touch with customer sentiment, and ensure continued high satisfaction. You’ll work closely with every internal department that contributes to the success of your product. 

Most importantly, you’ll be the ultimate subject matter expert on the customers and markets that your product serves. You’ll be the voice of the customer internally, ensuring that product decisions align with customer expectations. You’ll be a product evangelist in every context, helping build awareness, excitement, and adoption among customers, partners, and employees. 

Specific Responsibilities 

  • Engage with customers to understand needs and pain points. 

  • Stay current on industry trends through research and events. 

  • Analyze market opportunities by combining customer insights and industry knowledge. 

  • Collaborate with the Head of Product to define product vision and roadmap. 

  • Define and refine feature requirements; work cross-functionally to develop, test, and launch features. 

  • Monitor product performance, resolve issues, and ensure product quality. 

  • Prepare product strategy documents, including feature proposals and business cases. 

  • Plan roadmaps with clear timelines and feature prioritization. 

  • Collaborate across teams (R&D, UI/UX, Sales, Support) to align and execute. 

  • Lead go-to-market efforts by creating marketing, sales, and support materials. 

  • Track KPIs to measure success and guide decisions. 

  • Manage the product lifecycle to maintain relevance and performance. 

  • Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders and, when needed, customers. 

  • Identify and mitigate product risks. 

  • Manage product releases and ensure readiness across teams. 

  • Oversee project execution, including documentation, timelines, and coordination. 

Other 

  • Travel required, ~6-8 weeks per year. Includes visits to main Trackman offices (including HQ in Denmark), time spent in the field with customers, and traveling to relevant conventions. 

  • Role will have two (2) direct reports.
